Qace Academy Kids – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling your child in any Qace Academy Kids program.
By participating in our classes, events, or activities, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

1. Introduction

Qace Academy Kids provides technology education programs for children ages 5–16, including in-school programs, after-school clubs, holiday bootcamps, workshops, and community events.
These Terms & Conditions exist to ensure a safe, structured, and enjoyable learning experience for every child.

2. Enrollment & Registration

2.1 Eligibility

Enrollment is open to children within the age range specified for each program.
Schools and parents must provide accurate student information during registration.

2.2 Payment (If Applicable)

For paid school programs or bootcamps:

• Fees must be paid before classes begin unless otherwise agreed.
• Receipts or confirmations will be issued to parents or schools.
• Non-payment may result in withholding class access or certificates.

2.3 Enrollment Confirmation

Your child’s participation is confirmed only after registration and (where required) payment is completed.

3. Program Delivery

3.1 Class Schedules

Qace Academy Kids delivers classes based on the schedule agreed with each school.
Changes to school timetables may affect class times.

3.2 Attendance

Schools are responsible for ensuring students attend scheduled classes.
Missed classes may not always be refundable or reschedulable.

3.3 Learning Materials

All learning materials (books, worksheets, kits, devices) remain the property of Qace Academy Kids unless stated otherwise.

4. Child Safety & Conduct

4.1 Safe Learning Environment

Qace Academy Kids is committed to maintaining a safe and child-friendly learning environment.
All instructors are trained and supervised.

4.2 Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers.
Disruptive or harmful behavior may lead to temporary or permanent removal from sessions.

4.3 School Responsibilities

Schools must ensure a safe space for classes and may need to provide a teacher or representative for support.

5. Use of Devices & Internet Safety

5.1 Device Usage

Students may use laptops, tablets, or other educational tools provided by the school or Qace Academy Kids strictly for learning activities.

5.2 Restricted Content

No child will be allowed to access harmful websites, inappropriate content, or unapproved online platforms.

6. Photography, Videos & Media

6.1 Media Consent

Photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for documentation, school reporting, or Qace Academy Kids promotional purposes.
Parents or schools must indicate consent during registration.

6.2 Opt-Out

Parents who do not want their child included in photos must notify the school or Qace Academy Kids in writing.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

7.1 Information Collected

We may collect student names, age, school information, attendance, and academic progress.

7.2 How Data Is Used

Data is used only for:

• Program delivery
• Certification
• Reporting to schools or parents
• Safety compliance

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

8.1 School-Based Programs

Refunds may not be issued once classes have started, unless agreed with the school.

8.2 Bootcamps & Events

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the start date for possible consideration.

8.3 Program Changes

Qace Academy Kids reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, school closures).
Parents and schools will be notified promptly.

9. Liability

Qace Academy Kids is not liable for:

• Personal items lost during class
• Injuries caused by misbehavior or failure to follow safety rules
• School-related disruptions (strikes, closures, timetable changes)

We maintain safety protocols at all times.

10. Certificates & Assessments

Certificates may be issued only to students who:

• Complete the required lessons
• Demonstrate participation
• Meet assessment criteria (if applicable)

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Qace Academy Kids may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updates will be shared with schools and parents when relevant.
